After
over a decade of legal struggle, the French Supreme Court has:
1. Dismissed the claims of almost 5,000 victims of defective PIP breast implants.
2. These victims:-

Have lost their right to thousands in compensation, and now potentially owe thousands.

b.

Have paid their Legal representation almost 4 million Euros for this “service” on what was originally advertised as a No Win No Fee; and

c.
|
Are now liable for paying back to the courts a further 18 million Euros, if requested.
